Oil – 5 tbsp
Onion – 2 chopped finely
Ginger Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
Green Chillies – 10 to 12 divided
Chicken – 1 cut in to 16 pices
Salt to taste
Yogurt / Curd – 1 cup
Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp
Pepper Powder – 2 tsp
Kasturi Methi Leaves – 3 tbsp
Fresh Cream – ½ cup
Cashew nuts 12( kaju)
2 cardamom (elaichi)
1 small pice of cinnamon
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsps
1.Marinate chicken with 1tbsp ginger garlic paste salt and 10 chilli paste,
2.put marinated chicken in oven for 20 minutes or in a pan heat 2tsp oil and fry chicken till water dry and keep aside.
- In a pan heat 1tsp oil add chopped onion, kaju ,8 green chilli ,cardamom Kasturi Methi 2tbs and cinnamon fry for 5 minutes Till onions become soft . And make a past
4.Heat oil in a pan. Add 1tsp Ginger garlic past
5.Add in onions paste and salt cook for 5 minutes ( keep mixing)
- Beat curd add to the onion cook for 5 minutes
7.Add in chicken and mix well.
8.Cover and cook till chicken is done.
Add in , 1tsp garam masala powder, 1tspKasturi methi and mix well.
Add in cream and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves
Take it off the heat and serve.
