      About this Recipe

Chia seeds are good source of fiber and also have high level of omega 3 fatty acids and can be used as a meal replacement . This recipe is good for busy corporates who run out of time to prepare breakfast themselves  

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 teaspoon honey or other sweetener, optional
  • Strawberries or other fruits for topping
  • Granola
  • 2 almonds
  • Greek yougurt (any flavour )

METHOD

  1. Soak chia seeds in milk for 12 hrs in the fridge
  2. Add banana and almonds in the chia seed container .
  3. Add the yougurt and granola on top
