About this Recipe
Chia seeds are good source of fiber and also have high level of omega 3 fatty acids and can be used as a meal replacement . This recipe is good for busy corporates who run out of time to prepare breakfast themselves

INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup almond milk or milk of choice
- 1 teaspoon honey or other sweetener, optional
- Strawberries or other fruits for topping
- Granola
- 2 almonds
- Greek yougurt (any flavour )
METHOD
- Soak chia seeds in milk for 12 hrs in the fridge
- Add banana and almonds in the chia seed container .
- Add the yougurt and granola on top
