  • 225 g soft butter
  • 40 g brown sugar
  • 180 g powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 270 g flour
  • 5 g baking powder
  • 1\2 tsp of salt
  • 250 g chocolate chip
  • vanilla essence 1 tbsp


  1. beat the butter with brown sugar and powdered sugar
  2. Add vanilla essence
  3. beat in the eggs with the mixture once the sugar is melted
  4. Mix  all dry ingredients with the mixture and fold well
  5. Add. the chocolate chip
  6. leave the dough to chill for 2 hours
  7. bake the dough at 180 degrees for 15-20 min
