INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 kg mutton or chicken 
  2. 2tsp ginger garlic paste
  3. 1tsp red chilli powder 
  4. 1tsp gram masla powder 
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Tomato poure /2 cups
  7. Basmati rice 750 grm
  8. Zafran 1 pinch (Kaser)
  9. 2tsp oil
  10. 2tabs ghee 
  11. 250 grm carrot 
  12. 250grm beans
  13. 250 grmpotato 
  14. 100grm peas
  15. 2 onion fried golden brown

METHOD

  1. Wash rice and soke for 1 hr it make rice fluffy 
  2. Marinate mutton with ginger garlic paste ,red chilli,salt,for ½ hr 
  3. Pressure cook mutton by adding oil and ghee and little water up to  4 vessels 
  4. Off the cooker and let the pressure come out completely 
  5. Now add tomato pure ( u can add tomato sauce also) fried onions gram Masala power
  6. And cook till the gravy is thick 
  7. Add green chillies,coriander leaves,& mint leaves
  8. Soke zafran in half cup milk 
  9. Boil  1&1/2 litter water with2tsp salt  in vassal 
  10. Add rice to boiling water 
  11. Wen the water dry completely add zafran on top close the lid simmer for 5 minutes 
  12. Cut all the vegetables and fry 
  13. In a big plate put rice first then put mutton gravy and all vegetables on top
