INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg mutton or chicken
- 2tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1tsp red chilli powder
- 1tsp gram masla powder
- Salt to taste
- Tomato poure /2 cups
- Basmati rice 750 grm
- Zafran 1 pinch (Kaser)
- 2tsp oil
- 2tabs ghee
- 250 grm carrot
- 250grm beans
- 250 grmpotato
- 100grm peas
- 2 onion fried golden brown
METHOD
- Wash rice and soke for 1 hr it make rice fluffy
- Marinate mutton with ginger garlic paste ,red chilli,salt,for ½ hr
- Pressure cook mutton by adding oil and ghee and little water up to 4 vessels
- Off the cooker and let the pressure come out completely
- Now add tomato pure ( u can add tomato sauce also) fried onions gram Masala power
- And cook till the gravy is thick
- Add green chillies,coriander leaves,& mint leaves
- Soke zafran in half cup milk
- Boil 1&1/2 litter water with2tsp salt in vassal
- Add rice to boiling water
- Wen the water dry completely add zafran on top close the lid simmer for 5 minutes
- Cut all the vegetables and fry
- In a big plate put rice first then put mutton gravy and all vegetables on top
